AFFMOJO catalog: live operator records only

The public directory is a catalog of affiliate networks, merchant programs, and advertising networks. Join links go to the operator. AFFMOJO does not take applications or move money.

Demo fixture cards are no longer on public profiles, search, or reviews. AFFMOJO Index scores payout and tracking terms. Unknown fields lower the score instead of filling in a fake rating.
