YouTube Shopping is not an external affiliate program
Platform-native programs and external merchant programs that allow YouTube traffic answer different questions.
YouTube Shopping and the YouTube Partner Program are platform products. They do not appear here as affiliate_program records for third-party merchants.
An external program that allows organic YouTube still may prohibit paid YouTube, brand bidding, or incentivized views.
TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads referrals, and merchants that allow organic TikTok are likewise three different permissions.
The for-YouTubers collection only includes programs with sourced youtube_organic permission.
